Cancellation and Refunds Policy

This Cancellation and Refunds Policy ("Policy") explains your rights and obligations when cancelling your subscription or requesting a refund for Services purchased from Tweaker Technologies Private Limited ("OutFlo," "we," "us," or "our") via https://www.outflo.io (the "Site"). By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Definitions
- "Services" means any subscription plan, feature add-on, or professional offering provided by OutFlo.
- "Subscription Term" means the period (monthly, annual, or other) for which you have paid.
- "Order" means your purchase of Services via the Site's checkout flow or executed Order Form.
2. Cancellation of Subscription
1. When You Can Cancel.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current Subscription Term.
- To cancel, log in to your OutFlo account, navigate to Billing → Subscription, and click Cancel Subscription, or email: team@outflo.io.
2. Effect of Cancellation.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to Services through the end of your paid period.
- After the Subscription Term expires, your access to paid features is revoked; any stored Customer Data may be deleted or anonymized after thirty (30) days (see Section 4).
3. Refund Eligibility
1. Paid Subscriptions.
- Monthly Plans: No refunds for partial-month usage. You may continue using Services through the paid month.
- Annual Plans: If you cancel within the first thirty (30) days of an annual plan's initial term, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund covering the remaining months, less a 15% administrative fee. No refunds after the first thirty (30) days.
2. Trial & Promotional Offers.
- Trial subscriptions and promotional credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of the trial or promotion period.
3. Add-On Purchases & One-Time Fees.
- All one-time setup fees, professional services, or add-on purchases are non-refundable once delivered or 8 days after purchase—whichever occurs first.
4. Requesting a Refund
1. How to Request.
- Submit your refund request in writing to team@outflo.io within the applicable refund window. Include:
- Your full name and account email
- Order number or subscription details
- Reason for the refund request
2. Processing Time.
- Valid requests are processed within fifteen (15) business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method; bank or card issuer processing may take additional time.
3. Data Retention.
- Upon refund issuance and subscription termination, OutFlo may delete or irreversibly de-identify your Customer Data after thirty (30) days. If you wish to export your data, please do so before submitting your cancellation.
5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
- Service Downtime: OutFlo does not offer refunds for downtime under regular maintenance or force majeure events.
- Billing Disputes: If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact team@outflo.io within thirty (30) days of the charge. We will investigate and, if warranted, issue an appropriate refund.
6. Modifying This Policy
We may update this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our Site. Material changes will be highlighted at least 8 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
