Overview

MailMaestro by Maestro Labs is an AI-powered productivity suite for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office) and Gmail that includes an AI email writer, email management, thread summarization, response generation, magic templates, and keyword shortcuts. It also provides TeamsMaestro, an AI meeting notetaker that captures notes, creates summaries, action points, and transcripts for Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. The tool uses enterprise-grade security (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR) and integrates directly into the Microsoft 365 ribbon and browser. Originally launched as Flowrite, it was acquired by Maestro Labs in 2024 and rebranded into the MailMaestro suite. Additional products include WordMaestro and the Maestro Duo bundle.
