Social Signals brings mentions from a connected Snitchfeed source into an OutFlo review queue. A mention can help you discover a conversation worth researching, but relevance still needs a human decision.
Access is rolling out. The workflow below describes the implemented review and explicit activation controls; confirm that your workspace has access before depending on them.
Connect the source and frame the review question
Use the enabled provider integration to connect the source. Decide what your team wants to find: discussion of a problem you address, questions about a category or mentions of a relevant topic.
Keep the question narrow enough to assess. A broad topic can collect many posts without identifying people for whom your outreach would be useful.
Source synchronization supplies the queue. It does not mean every incoming mention is automatically added to a campaign or messaged.
Find the signals worth opening
Use the available source/feed, listener, review-status, score and text-search filters. Begin with new items or a specific listener if you want a manageable queue.
A score helps prioritize inspection; it is not proof of purchase intent. If the queue is empty, broaden the filters before assuming there is no source data. If loading fails, inspect the connection and access rather than creating an outreach campaign to compensate.
Read the original post and provenance
Open a signal and inspect the author, source post, publication time, discovery time and originating listener. Read the linked original context alongside the summary, matched terms and intent tags.
Publication and discovery are different dates. A post discovered today may be old, which changes whether a timely follow-up makes sense.
For example, “Which tool can help us manage multiple LinkedIn accounts?” may merit investigation. “I wrote a comparison of tools for managing accounts” uses similar words but can be an editorial post rather than a request for help. Read what the author actually said before composing.
Give the queue a meaningful review state
Use Mark reviewed, Save or Dismiss according to the decision:
- Decision
- Reviewed
- Suggested use
- You inspected the source and completed the immediate review
- Decision
- Saved
- Suggested use
- The signal deserves another look or follow-up planning
- Decision
- Dismissed
- Suggested use
- It is irrelevant, stale or unsuitable for your current workflow
| Decision | Suggested use |
|---|---|
| Reviewed | You inspected the source and completed the immediate review |
| Saved | The signal deserves another look or follow-up planning |
| Dismissed | It is irrelevant, stale or unsuitable for your current workflow |
These are working conventions, not lead qualification guarantees. A saved signal is still not a campaign recipient merely because you saved it. Keep the source context available so another teammate can understand your decision.
Add an eligible person to a campaign deliberately
When the signal includes a LinkedIn person-profile URL, the detail view offers Add to campaign. This requires the relevant Social Signals and campaign permissions and eligible subscription access.
Select one campaign accepting new leads in the same workspace. The current activation flow supports draft, active and paused campaigns. This is a specific enrollment selector, distinct from a general historical campaign filter.
Before confirming, inspect the destination sequence and sender setup. Adding someone to an active campaign can make them eligible for that campaign's normal outreach. If you still need to review the message, prepare the destination workflow first.
Signal context—including source URL, summary and origin—is carried into the lead workflow. Existing duplicate-profile and DNC checks still apply. Inspect whether the result says the person was added, already present or blocked by DNC; do not treat every successful request as a newly enrolled person.
If no person-profile URL is available, the campaign action is unavailable. Identify and verify the person separately rather than treating a company or post URL as a recipient.
Consider a public response instead
The Comment or react action opens the relevant social-engagement workflow. Choose the sender, read the source again and prepare a useful comment or reaction. Review the comment before explicitly publishing it.
Choose the action according to the conversation. Answering a public question may be more relevant than sending an unrelated campaign message. You can also leave the signal reviewed without taking any outreach action.
