How to Use OutFlo Customer Referrals and the Affiliate Program

    By Team OutFlo

OutFlo has two different partner workflows. Customer Referrals can provide eligible account credit to an existing customer organization. The Affiliate Program tracks commissions under an accepted affiliate agreement.

Choose the program before sharing a link. The links, eligibility conditions and reward records are not interchangeable.

    Understand which program fits

    Program
    Customer Referrals
    Participation
An eligible customer organization accepts the referral terms
    Benefit to review
    Account credit under those terms
    Program
    Affiliate Program
    Participation
Participation under an accepted affiliate contract
    Benefit to review
Commissions and payment conditions defined by that contract

Customer account credit reduces eligible future OutFlo billing; it is not a cash withdrawal. Affiliate rates and payment conditions come from the accepted contract, not a universal percentage promised by this guide.

Affiliate access is rolling out. Contact the OutFlo team about participation if the enrollment or dashboard is not available to you.

For customer referrals, review the Customer Referral Program Terms and complete the in-app acceptance flow as an authorized participant. Use the referral link supplied to your organization.

For affiliates, complete the applicable enrollment and agreement flow and use the provided affiliate tracking link. Inspect your accepted terms before making claims about commissions.

Copy the supplied link intact. Do not remove or replace the attribution information, and check that it opens the intended OutFlo destination. Simply mentioning OutFlo in a message does not create tracked attribution.

Understand attribution before expecting a reward

The published customer referral terms use the last eligible affiliate or customer-referral click within the 60 days before verified signup. A later direct visit does not by itself replace that click, but another eligible partner-source click can.

For example, someone may open your customer-referral link and later open another partner's link before signing up. Your first click alone does not guarantee that the organization will be attributed to you. One organization can have only one partner-source attribution under that model.

This explanation summarizes the published customer-referral terms. Review the actual terms and your affiliate contract for the conditions governing your program; do not assume every affiliate payment rule matches the customer-credit rules.

Distinguish signup from a qualifying customer referral

A customer-referral signup or trial alone does not create a reward. The terms require a genuine new organization, valid attribution and a first eligible collected payment meeting the program's threshold and currency conditions.

The reward is subject to the published validation hold, and refunds, disputes or ineligibility can prevent or reverse it. Review the current terms and in-app records for the applicable reward amount and status rather than promising credit from a signup notification.

Self-referrals and accounts created primarily to obtain a reward are ineligible. An existing customer or another organization under your control should not be treated as a new qualifying referral.

    Make a useful, accurate recommendation

Explain why OutFlo might fit the prospective customer's workflow and describe features you can support with current evidence. Do not promise guaranteed results, universal feature access or unauthorized discounts.

For customer referrals, the published terms require disclosure that you may receive OutFlo account credit. Include that disclosure with the recommendation. For affiliate recommendations, review the accepted agreement's communication and disclosure requirements.

Keep the recommendation relevant. A tracking link is not a reason to send the same pitch to people with no plausible need for the product.

Review the dashboard and resolve discrepancies

Inspect attributed customers and the relevant credit, commission or payment history. Separate a recorded signup from a validated reward and a commission entry from a completed payment.

If a record looks wrong, contact OutFlo with the relevant program and record reference. Avoid sharing credentials, payment details or a prospect's full message history just to investigate attribution. Customer-referral terms describe the process and time window for raising a discrepancy.

Before sharing another link, confirm that you are still eligible and using the current program link.

Explore Customer Referrals or the Affiliate Program, and read the customer referral terms.
